The medical program provides a strong academic foundation and the lecturers are very knowledgeable in their specialties. The integration of theoretical learning with clinical case discussions has helped me understand how medical concepts apply in real-life scenarios. I appreciate more structured revision sessions before major exams to help reinforce key topics.
The clinical rotations have been very valuable in helping us gain practical experience and confidence when interacting with patients. The supervising doctors are supportive and encourage us to ask questions during ward rounds. It would be beneficial to have more hands-on opportunities during rotations so that students can practice procedures under supervision.
The university provides a conducive learning environment, and the library resources and online learning platforms are very helpful. However, expanding access to simulation labs and study spaces during peak exam periods would greatly support students. Overall, the student support services are responsive and contribute positively to the student experience.
